Dr. Awalou Ouedraogo

Senior Adviser

Dr. Awalou Ouedraogo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Equity Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, York University. He holds a MA and PhD in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, University of Geneva, Switzerland. His research interests include public international law, history and philosophy of law, international human rights law, law of armed conflicts, law of the United Nations, diplomacy, theories of war, peacebuilding and state formation in Africa.
